Discount PlanThe DENTAL DISCOUNT PLAN is a discount or "reduced-fee" dental plan where Dr. Buffong has agreed to discount up to 20% off our usual and customary fees. Once you join the plan there are no waiting periods or maximums; you are able to care for your smile by receiving:
Because this is not an insurance plan, there are no waiting periods, deductibles, yearly maximums or claims to file. You will also receive 20% off all cosmetic and implant services (services not usually covered by insurance plans). Your Discount plan begins when payment is received and may include up to 4 additional family members.  The fee to join this discount plan is $399.00 per year and $149 for each additional family member. You must be seen by Dr. Buffong every 6 months for your cleaning and exam to maintain active benefits with your Dental Discount Plan. Questions & AnswersQ: CAN I USE CARECREDIT® WHILE PARTICIPATING IN THE DENTAL DISCOUNT PLAN?A: Yes, Care Credit can be used. If using either of the 3 month, 6 month no interest free plan or the extended payment plan, you will still save up to 10% on your CareCredit® process. Q: AM I ABLE TO USE THE DENTAL DISCOUNT PLAN IN ADDITION TO MY DENTAL INSURANCE?A: No, the Dental Discount Plan is specifically for patients who cannot afford dental insurance or whose employer does not provide them with dental insurance. Q: I WOULD LIKE TO PUT MY GOOD FRIEND ON MY DENTAL DISCOUNT PLAN AS ONE OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS. WOULD THIS BE A PROBLEM?A: Yes. The only persons that may be added to The Dental Discount Plan must be family members, e.g. Spouse, parent, children, etc. Q: WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED TO JOIN THE DENTAL DISCOUNT PLAN?A: To join The Dental Discount Plan is easy. All you have to do is fill out an application and begin saving up to 20% on all your dental work. Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T SEE THE DENTIST EVERY 6 MONTHS?A: Unfortunately, if you fail to come in for your 6-month visits your Dental Discount Plan will become void and you must apply for a new membership. |
